This course provides a structured understanding of enterprise staffing, performance audit, and reward systems as critical components of effective human resource management. It focuses on how organizations attract, manage, evaluate, and retain talent to achieve high levels of productivity and sustainable enterprise growth.
Participants will explore core staffing processes including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, placement, onboarding, job analysis, and job design. The course also introduces performance management systems and the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure employee effectiveness and organizational performance.
In addition, learners will be guided through performance auditing, employee evaluation, and improvement planning, alongside strategies for motivation, engagement, and productivity enhancement. The course further examines compensation structures, reward systems, and career development approaches that support talent retention and the development of high-performing enterprises.
