This course introduces learners to enterprise legal counselling and advisory services, with a focus on how legal frameworks shape and regulate business operations. It provides a practical understanding of the legal environment in which enterprises operate, particularly within Nigeria, and emphasizes the importance of compliance, risk management, and responsible business conduct.
Participants will explore key areas such as business registration, ownership structures, regulatory compliance, contracts, employment laws, taxation, and intellectual property protection. The course also highlights how legal principles influence day-to-day business decisions and long-term enterprise planning.
In addition, learners will develop the ability to identify legal risks, manage compliance requirements, and utilize legal advisory services effectively. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to operate businesses in a legally compliant, ethical, and sustainable manner while minimizing exposure to legal disputes and regulatory challenges.
